The DISPUTES PROCESS gives the public the opportunity to air any grievances against a Pool Builder - whether Builder Member or non-member, to obtain a frank and honest appraisal of the workmanship of said builder or supplier, in order to resolve issues or disputes, and which will be valuable should the situation gravitate to Legal recourse

FOR THE NZMPB MEMBER

"To provide a Forum of their industry-related peers to meet in a friendly and non-confrontational environment, and exchange ideas, discuss issues or vent problems, with the goal of belonging to an Industry Association Society or Guild with similar aspirations.

"To provide industry-level information and access to knowledge compiled over many years of experience by Builder Members that may otherwise be unavailable, and by completing our Diploma Course earn the only available NZ Swimming Pool Industry approved Credentials.

"To provide a path for Builder Members using their self-taught training to attain peer-approved Qualifications by means of a Certified Pool Builder's License Course that could be considered by the Government's Licensed Building Practitioners scheme as an entry for the currently unrecognised professional swimming pool builder.

Open to all Industry Members who pledge to meet our 'ethical and quality standards' and to abstain from any activity that is disadventageous or detrimental to, or critical of, their fellow swimming pool Industry Members."
