OPTION 1 RE-BRAND AS SOCIAL CLUB

Minimal services, Social meetings three or four times annually.

OPTION 2 DISBAND AND WIND UP ASSOCIATION

Close down everything and disperse the assets accordingly

OPTION 3 CONTINUE WITH COMPULSORY COMMITTEE SERVICE

Continue on as-is but with a larger compulsory unpaid committee group that all members must serve on for a minimum of three meetings per annum as required (disputes, Council meetings, etc)
Every Committee Member will gain experience of running the Association and doing the current volunteer jobs being undertaken. Some Legal Process knowledge would be a benefit.

OPTION 4 CONTINE: RAMP UP SERVICES/LEGAL TEAM/SOCIAL/TRADE

Run more like a business, Advertising & Promotion programs, localised Meetings around NZ,Accounting firm for Membership management, Legal Firm for Disputes etc. all on user-pays basis, fees payable to Members who perform income-earning jobs such as dispute on-site assessments etc. Continue with Social agenda, but in various locations.

May become a Limited Liability Company with rights to distribute dividends etc. Current remaining Executive continue with some of these tasks. A full disclosure document would be made to Membership, and committee will remain open to intervention and support from Membership.
