Committee

Committee membership is voluntary. The Guild, by definition, is a group of tradespeople who gather together periodically to discuss their craft. We are not an Association that can levy fines or disapproval on members. A guild is a group of Peers who join together for the mutual aquisition of knowledge and experience, in the hope that you - the customer - will benefit from the group experience. Committee Members are voted in annually, and perform simply the administrative duties required to keep adequate records of dealings with Councils, the Govenment, and other legislative bodies who, from time to time, try to inflict restrictive legislation on the rights of the individual New Zealand Home-owner.
