A written report will be prepared and sent to the applicant. The report will be compiled by a committee of not less than three Builder Members of the NZMPB Inc. after consideration of the evidence supplied and observed and may require speciallist members being asked to join the committee, for which an additional charge will be incurred. Other costs such as the following may be incurred:
1. Disputes attended in areas outside a 300km radius of Auckland, if local Members are not available/unqualified to attend
2. Complicated disputes may involve an escalation in price, especially if research & further discussion is involved
3. Witness costs may be incurred
On-Site inspections will require a minimum of two independant Members attending the site, and any follow-up meeting to discuss findings may require the attendance of a minumum of three Members and the Secretary keeping minutes.
